The mandate by one of our prestigious clients ‘Tower Research’ was to render a multi sensory experience for their employees that was subtle and minimal in its approach and made for a memorable get together.

We proposed “Bohemian’ as the theme and called our event ‘Boho Blitz’. A delightful amalgamation of vintage, rustic, and minimal decorative schemes. Bohemian Blitz is perfect for free spirits, creative souls, and simply endearingly quirky people. We set forth to transform the available space into a subtle Bohemian sanctuary that was delighting for the eyes and balmy for the souls.

A set of pre hype teaser and invite mailers rolled out to create a buzz around the theme 1-2 weeks before the event.

The setup and elements were all creatively rendered. The entrance in wooden texture, complementing thematic elements and a series of touch points would made for a visually delightful entrance.

Stage setup was fabricated in subtle colors and elements that defined the essence of free spirit le the bohemian spirit. A central LED screen with complementing visuals added to the visual scheme of things.

Entertainment and engagements like fire breathers, Hula hoop bohemian girls, Faridkot band etc, were all in sync with the bohemian spirit. The event was a huge success.
